Home security tips for older UK residents, from a retired-professional persona

Audience

Older people in the UK, especially pensioners living alone, and their families, who want cheap practical ways to protect their homes (inferred from titles such as 'British Senior' and 'Pensioner Living Alone').

Avatar

• Realistic avatar
• A photorealistic older man with grey hair, glasses, a navy zip-neck jumper and checked collared shirt, shown in front of British doors, hedges and a toilet-sink unit. A workshop with padlocks and tools appears in the avatar.

Format

Long countdown or list videos (5–22 items) of home-security habits and fixes, each with a 'do this tonight' action, ending with a call to comment and subscribe, and 999 or 101 advice.

Content pillars

• Burglary prevention for pensioners
• Living-alone safety habits
• Cheap DIY security fixes
• Car theft warnings
• Foreign home ideas for British homes

Why it works

• Narrow, clear audience in every title: British seniors and pensioners living alone, a fear-driven topic
• One persona and look repeated across all 8 thumbnails, so the channel is recognisable
• Cadence of about 2 uploads a week; 8 videos in about 2 weeks, each 16–27 minutes
• Top video (2,665 views) is a car-theft warning, ahead of the pensioner-security titles at 200–760 views
• Descriptions give a '31 years working on burglary' backstory that supports authority
