German-speaking home cooks, likely older adults, who like traditional family recipes and nostalgic kitchen know-how (inferred from titles, about text and the e-book pitch).

• A photorealistic older woman with grey wavy hair, a beige knit cardigan and a lace-trimmed top, shown in a cosy wooden kitchen with herbs and pottery.

One classic German dish per video: the common mistakes, then the mother's trick in order, with a memory of family meals; closes with a call for comments and dish requests.

• Sunday roasts and meat dishes
• Old tricks from mother's kitchen
• Classic side dishes and salads
• Seasonal holiday dishes

• [Do X] NIE WIEDER so – der Trick meiner Mutter
• NIE WIEDER [problem dish]: der alte Trick meiner Mutter
• [Dish] zerfallen NIE WIEDER – der alte Trick meiner Mutter

The same older woman in the kitchen pointing at or working on the finished dish, with a short bold yellow caption in capitals on top (e.g. 'KRUSTE KNACKT!', 'DER ALTE TRICK') and black bars above and below.

• One title formula with 'NIE WIEDER' and 'Trick meiner Mutter' in all 6 uploads
• Familiar dishes with a clear problem (dry, tough, falling apart) give a plain promise
• Consistent persona and kitchen across 6 thumbnails make the videos easy to recognise
• The top video (Schnitzel, 8,730 views) is 6 times the median of the other uploads, which shows how uneven demand is
