Niche

Cheap home hacks and natural remedies for seniors, in Spanish

Audience

Spanish-speaking adults, mainly people over 60 and household managers looking for cheap home fixes and natural health tips (inferred from titles, descriptions and the senior-independence guide it pitches; no audience statistics).

Avatar

• Realistic avatar
• A photorealistic elderly woman with white wavy hair, a warm smile and deep wrinkles, usually in a blue knit cardigan over a white collared shirt, a floral apron or a striped blouse, shown waist-up in a stone laundry room, a courtyard, a kitchen, a living room or a patio garden. The descriptions give her age as 92.

Format

Long narrated tip videos (18–46 min) led by an elderly woman: a household or health problem, then a cheap fix with a dollar figure or a numbered list of seeds, plants or foods; 17 of 26 descriptions link to one Gumroad guide for older adults.

Content pillars

• Low-cost ways to cool a home without air conditioning
• Laundry and stain tricks
• Natural pest, mosquito and damp control

Why it works

• One video drew 285,836 views, 54% of the channel's 525,257; the five most viewed videos, all home tricks, hold 93%
• The two most viewed titles promise cooling a room or house for $7 and $5 without air conditioning: a low cost and a concrete result
• All 10 sampled thumbnails repeat one layout: the elderly woman, a big Spanish caption in capitals and the item she holds or points at
• After the Jun 29 shift to home tricks, six uploads drew about 94% of all views, while 15 of the 18 senior-health videos before it stayed under 1,300
• High launch output: 26 uploads between Jun 9 and Jul 20, more than four a week
