• A photorealistic middle-aged man with a graying beard, dark cap and olive field shirt, placed in front of mountain, forest or desert backdrops and pointing at or gesturing toward the featured building.

Format

One housing idea per video, about 20 minutes: a hook questioning why it is illegal or banned, history and how it works, code and permit obstacles, then a pitch for an off-grid manual.

Why it works

• Repeated 'illegal/banned in USA?' hook: 5 of 7 titles carry it, as do the top 2 videos (3,939 and 3,139 views)
• Same presenter and caption layout on all 7 thumbnails make the channel easy to recognise
• Dollar figures in titles ($2,000, $250, $500, $0) promise a concrete payoff
• Every description carries the same manual link, and the closing call to action points to it
• Steady output: 7 uploads in 13 days, each 20–26 min
